Meet the Crew​

Michele: The Sourdough Baker

She also bakes the cookies and seasonal treats, of course.

 

Thomas: Head of Operations 

He labels the goodies, packs up orders, and makes our herb blends.

 

Cedar: Official Taste Tester

Our son, our namesake and resident cookie monster.

 

Nutmeg: Part-Time Bread Guard

Our friendly cat who might saunter out to greet you.

 

The Farmery Hens: Cinnamon, Honey, Mocha, and Chai

Our beloved backyard chickens who are expected to lay eggs by Spring 2027 and we hope to share them with you all.

Together, Thomas and I pick only the best ingredients for every recipe (think King Arthur Flour, Kerrygold Irish Butter and Belgian dark chocolate), ensuring each bite is a little moment of joy.  

 

 

 

Fun fact: Cedar was born before we moved into this house, which happens to be covered in Cedar wood siding! With that kind of combo, Cedar Bakehouse simply had to be our name.
